Sup de Pub and Lobbying and Public Affairs students had the opportunity to present to Christian Mouysset, entrepreneur and owner of Hummus Bros.
On Tuesday, the group of six students worked on their briefs for three weeks and presented the results of their research, market studies and recommendations to the client. The brief involved developing a strategy for Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) outreach, including creating the franchise’s concept and promoting a recipe book that will be released later this month.
All students won a free meal at Hummus Bros, an ancient Mediterranean inspired chain restaurant with four locations and several different pop-up locations around London.
Our amazing SP and LPA students also worked hard today on briefs that saw them manage crisis and develop branding for a new product.
LPA students were given a brief at 9:30 am in which they managed a crisis situation, receiving regular updates throughout the day on the situation.
The rest of the SP students received a brief from French start-up entrepreneur, Adrian Mallet. Mallet is working towards the product launch of La Safranaise, a saffron flavoured sparkling wine. Students presented their work, which focused on branding and corporate identity.
