Communication
Dinis Guarda
Dinis Guarda is Founder and CEO of ZTUDIUM, that he created and manages intelligenthq.comopenbusinesscouncil.orgtradersdna.com and hedgethink.com. He created the project BlockchainAge (digital platform, book and film) with Derin Cag.
He is a guest lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, Group INSEEC – Monaco University, where he leads the digital master course in London, and an active speaker and author in conferences and other educational events and workshops. He is one of the initial shareholders and leading strategy for the fintech social money transfer app Moneymailme moneymail.me https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/moneymailme/id1095656552?mt=8. Between 2014 and 2015 he was involved in creating a digital bank between Asia and Africa.He was involved in the business development, technology set up and legal international foundations.

He writes regularly on websites such as fool.comcityam.com industry websites about the future of business, IOT special in the angle of the database of everything, tech infrastructure and big data and blockchain. He is very involved in banking, investing, trading, investing and how disruptive Innovation, big data, social media, and technology are disrupting and opening new opportunities for the education, business and financial – fintech world.
 
He was the founder of tradingfloor.com for Saxo Bank, socialmediacouncil.org with Jamie Burke, and the book and digital platform BlockchainAge.com. Dinis Guarda’s background experience is in international management, marketing / communications, web, publishing and content working in initiatives with UN, governments, financial companies, and banks.
 
He has been working with UN, Greenpeace, Reuters, MasterCard, P&G, Philips, Bloomberg, Vodafone, Nike amongst other. Recently Dinis was involved in creating, and co-managing a new bank, investing and wealth division targeting Africa and Asia. During 2008 and 2011, he co-managed Saxo Bank’s web / online marketing global plan of action, its localization, video and tech related subjects. He defined & managed the social media strategy for the organization. He co-developed the business digital strategy, web platforms in 28 languages including the Chinese and Spanish / Latin America websites.
 

On a business, creative and entrepreneurial level, Dinis has worked / collaborated with people such as David Bowie, Patti Smith, Depeche Mode, Michel Gondry, Steen Jakobsen, Brian Solis and many others.

Arthur Perez

Arthur is an integrated strategist working in East London. He started out as a Brand Strategist with Havas Worldwide Paris on EDF before long-jumping to London, where he won creative and effectiveness awards for his client British Sugar at BD Network. In addition of the energy sector and FMCGs (Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Sony to name a few), Arthur has four years of experience in the automotive industry where he was in charge of the digital strategy for Nissan and Peugeot. In 2014, he became the mentor of Brand Strategy at INSEEC London to share his knowledge with the new generation of marketers. He currently works at Forever Beta helping Google meets its B2B objectives.

Steve Jeppesen

Steve Jeppesen maintains his own diverse creative practice as an artist, illustrator and graphic designer alongside an academic career of more than 30 years standing at university level.

He is highly experienced in educational programme leadership and management as well as in creative direction, having run several design practices.

He has wide-ranging teaching experience in both practical aspects of graphic arts and communication design as well as in art and design history and cultural theory.

Steve is consultant professor in contemporary design history at Syracuse University’s London programme.

Finance
Serge Vidal

Serge Vidal has 15 years of experience in accounting and investment banking at leading firms and has delivered courses for global   financial institutions in the City of London and around the world, in the areas of Corporate Finance, Valuation (Industrials and Banks), Financial Modeling, M&A, LBO, Financial     Accounting, Capital Markets, Bank Regulatory Capital, Financial Risks, both in English and French. Serge began his career as a Credit Analyst at Banque Continentale in Luxembourg. He then worked as a Senior Auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Luxembourg; in Investment Banking at Citigroup (ex-Salomon Smith Barney) in    London and New York. Serge was involved in the EUR 20 billion public offer of Crédit Lyonnais by Crédit Agricole, one of the largest European banking transactions. Serge then worked as a Vice-President in the internal M&A department of Barclays Bank in London where his experience included the acquisition of ABSA for US$ 5 billion, one of the leading South African banks, the purchase of ING Private Banking in France and the failed acquisition of Banco Atlantico in Spain. Recently, Serge was a Director in the Investment Banking department of Commercial International Bank (CIB), the largest non-government bank in Egypt.

Joe Ponsonby

Joe Ponsonby runs Levare Capital Ltd., the Dublin-based founding member of LVV Capital.  He has over 17 years of experience in investment banking and strategy consulting, advising a wide range of public and private companies across a number of industry sectors and geographies. Prior to founding Levare Capital Ltd., Joe spent three years at Deutsche Bank, and as a Vice President was instrumental in building the European team for Deutsche Bank. In this role he advised small and mid-cap growth companies in various European jurisdictions across a range of sectors including enterprise software, semiconductors,   telecom, renewable energy and life sciences. Joe is a graduate of the Wharton MBA Program.

Management
Mike Abeyta

Michael Abeyta is a founding member of Akesios and brings extensive knowledge of the Search marketplace. Mike first moved to London from San Francisco to build Inktomi’s European headquarters, and subsequently managed business development for Yahoo! Search Marketing in London. Mike is also of an Angel investment network involved with deal screening and due diligence. He also has an extensive experience and a successful career as part of the management team of multiple startups.
