SOFT SKILLS & PUBLIC SPEAKING
-
I have over 20 years’ experience in teaching English to non-native speakers. While I am happy to focus on things such as grammar, I find that students have most probably had a lot of tuition in that area already. As such, I use my course to look at areas of English which have probably not been given so much attention previously, and to encourage students to consider how native speakers use the language in their everyday lives. I believe this will not only benefit communication in English in a professional capacity, but also in a more informal, interpersonal way.Iain Wark
