Congratulations and good luck to our Summer Business Session students!
This week our Summer Business Session students begin their work experience in London as part of their course.
In what is a first for a Groupe INSEEC programme in London, we were able to find all of our Summer Business Session students work placements in London at many amazing high profile firms and companies.
“We’re very pleased,” said Ron Morris, Director at Groupe INSEEC London.
“These students are able to come to here and take advantage of the best of both worlds in London. That means having access to experienced practitioners who deliver top notch courses to them for four weeks and then having the ability to take that knowledge to the real world to do a four week work placement,” Morris said. “So we wish good luck to them.”
While here, the students also developed their English language skills. This was one aspect of the taking the course here at Groupe INSEEC London which Tamdjii Adîgùe appreciates.
“I think it’s very different from France, as we have courses only in English,” she said. ” … And out of school too we have to practice our English … so it is possible to improve our English skills.”
She also enjoys the culture that the city offers and was most surprised by the people, “The people here, they are so awesome and so kind.”
Finance student, Jean Reulier, is also pleased that he has come to London to study, “It is a privilege because I will work in an exceptional place – a chartering/accounting firm and one of the most [well] known in the UK.”
The Summer Business Session students, who study a range fields including Human Resources, Marketing, Communication and Finance, celebrated the end of their in-class work at the local Tudor & Rose pub on Friday. Today they all begin their work experience in London for a four week period.
